Barcelona Zoo

Barcelona Zoo, located in Parc de la Ciutadella, is where you can take a break from the city’s cultural overload and meet creatures who couldn’t care less about Gaudí’s genius. Once home to Snowflake, the only known albino gorilla, the zoo still impresses with a variety of animals from lions to reptiles.

The zoo offers educational exhibits and interactive experiences, making it a great place for children to learn about wildlife. It’s like a safari, but without the need for malaria shots.

An average visit lasts about two to three hours. It’s very family-friendly, providing plenty to fascinate and entertain your kids. Just prepare for a mix of fresh dung and popcorn smells – it’s an experience!
